Below are some examples of key projects we have proudly worked on. 

Glenorie NSW

Managed a two staged redevelopment and leasing transition of a 60 tenant shopping village. We successfully repositioned existing retailers into the new archicturally striking village, whilst actively leasing over 30 commercial and residential tenancies. The outcome was a well-considered and diverse tenancy mix that appeals to the semi-rural location. 


Tweed Heads NSW 

Led the process of a DA subdivision of multiple tenancies end-to-end. Secured the right retailers for the change of use space based on the desired tenancy mix of owners. 


Cremorne NSW 

Completed an off market retail sale for the expansion of a retailer within a shopping strip. We understood the true value of the asset and development upside which achieved a record sale for the property in the area. 


Peakhurst NSW 

Repositioned a retail strip through proactive asset and tenancy management, taking over from a previously owner-managed property. The outcome was reduced arrears exposure and improved tenancy mix to better reflect local demand and long-term asset performance. 


Brisbane QLD 

Comprehensive compliance checks and management of property throughout construction ensuring tenants were retained and repairs are current.
