You will make an impact by:

• Demonstrating high level of customer service and building strong relationships.
• Managing tenant relations.
• Marketing and leasing commercial and residential property.
• Marketing and managing all social media platforms
• Ensure that all properties are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Liaising with contractors 
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
• Continuous development of knowledge across Real Estate Industry.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Perform financial management activities including accounts payable and receivable.
• Possess a Tertiary qualification in real estate, business or marketing is preferred, not essential.
• Hold an understanding of lease interpretation, lease administration.
